Refunds

NO REFUNDS ON ANY SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE, ALTERERD ITEMS, LOOSE DIAMONDS, LOOSE COLORED GEMSTONES, OR LAYAWAYS.

Refunds and/or exchanges on stock merchandise must be made within (7) seven days, and must be accompanied by sales receipt.
This excludes all sale merchandise, which is a final sale. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition when returned, or will be subject to, at Atelier Gothique’s discretion, either a 25% restocking fee or will be considered a non-returnable final sale.

Layaway Policy

Layaways require a 20% deposit and four (4) or Six (6) consecutive interest free monthly payments. These payments will be secured with either a credit card (which will be charged on the arranged payment date) or postdated checks (That will be deposited on the arranged payment date).

Any payment(s) on a layaway cancelled or not picked up will be kept on account as a credit only. Credits will be good in full for twelve (12) months from the assigned date of pick up to be used towards a future purchase. If the credit is not used by the end of the twelve (12) month period the parties agree that the amount of the credit will be depreciated at a rate of 8% per month.

Personal Check Policy

Personal checks are accepted as deposit payments and layaway payments only.

All final payment at time of product delivery must be made via cash, credit card or verified certified bank draft only. The parties agree that any charged back deposited checks (NSF or any other reason) will be assessed a $75 fee plus assessed 3.5% interest per month.
